If you decide your Puffy mattress or accessory isn’t for you within our 101-night sleep trial, you can return it for free. For mattresses, we’ll schedule the return, arrange a charity donation, and issue a full refund. For accessories, send the product back to us, and we'll issue a full refund.
How do you return your mattress?
Our return policy makes product returns free and easy. If you’re within your trial period, get in touch using the contact form above or email support@puffy.com with your order number, and we'll get your mattress return started.
For mattress purchases which include free accessories such as pillows, mattress protector, and sheets, you may keep, donate, or dispose of the products as you choose.
The value of your free items will not be deducted from the total value of your mattress return, regardless of what you choose to do with them.
If you paid for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, we're unable to refund the shipping fees you paid for your original delivery.
