Yes! The split king Puffy Serenity Adjustable Base combines 2 of our twin XL bases side-by-side. The base can be used with 2 twin XL mattresses and controlled entirely independently from one another or connected via our synchronization cable and used with a single king-size mattress. The choice is up to you!
